We are looking for an experienced business analyst and a quality assurance engineer who has a knack of finding logic behind codes and is passionate about assessing quality. An ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and analyzing system specifications as per client requirements
• Collaborating with the team to draft and document well-structured test plans
• Executing test cases/plans and analyzing results
• Implementing manual and automated testing
• Reporting bugs, glitches, and redundancies to the development team
• Monitoring process results and tracking bugs
• Finding reasons and solutions for software non-conformity
• Staying up-to-date with new testing tools and technologies

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience working in a software house
• Strong background in quality assurance with a bachelors degree
• Hands-on experience with automated/manual testing and familiarity with Selenium
• Solid understanding and competency in QA methodologies
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Ability to write test plans and test cases with absolute brevity
• Sharp analytical mind and a detail-oriented approach
• Sound knowledge of SQL and computing languages
