TSR / CSR / Call Center Agents Required

We are hiring agents for our USA campaign.

Male and female both can apply for this job.

Responsibilities:
can make calls to customers.
Respond to customer inquiries and requests during call.
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics related to product.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers.
Grow existing customer accounts through exceptional customer service and effective sales techniques.

Qualification:
Bachelors - Preferable.

Shift Timings:
9pm to 6am

Language Required:
English

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Salary:
Rs18,000.00 to Rs40,000.00 /month.
