Requirement:

• Individual should be good in English.
• Individual should able be able to sort out all the issues given by the client or customer.
• Should able to provide efficient and quality customer services to the client and customer via phone line.
• Should able to make sales of equipment to the customer to overcome the technical issues
• Should able to handle several queries of calls at the same time
• Should be Team Player
• Should able to work with team to complete the task of daily basis.
