Qualification: -Intermediate (ICOM/ FSC/ DIT)
- Graduate (BCOM/ BSC/ BCS)

Experience: At least 2 years of experience (BPO, Service Sector, Retail, E-Commerce or HoReCa)

Age: 22 - 32

Location: DHA Phase 6

Timings: 06:00 p.m. - 03:00 a.m. (Night Shift)
09:00 a.m. - 06:00 p.m. (Morning Shift)

Salary: 25,000 - 30,000/-

Job Responsibilities:

• To handle inbound calls
• To identify issues on website through creation of tickets
• Welcome Call to customers
• To Call Customer for the resolution of complaint
• Order Confirmation Calls

Requirements:

• Tech Savvy
• Knowledge of Google Sheets
• Strong Communication Skills

• Great Interpersonal & Relationship-Building Skills
• Customer- centric Attitude

• Customer-focused with the ability to multi-task
