• Responding to the customers queries within the given time frame
• Installing and configuring computer hardware. Windows Operating system and application.
• Responsible for any hardware / Software related issues.

• Minimum Education: Bachelors
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of application glitches and hardware issues
