We are looking to employ a driven and detail-oriented Senior customer support Officer to provide technical assistance to clients 24/7 to increase company sales.
Responsibilities:
1)To handle all the difficulties and problems of clients they are facing.
2)unable to handle all the technical queries of clients and achieve their satisfaction level.
3) Unable to meet Targets that is based on customer retention rate.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, the applicant having IT background preferable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience as a customer support specialist.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Salary: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
