Job Description

Softpers Interactive looking for experienced Recruitment Executive with 1-year experience, preferably in a software house.

Job Duties:

  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives.
  • Counseling executives on all HR-related matters (e.g. employee relations, talent management, career development planning).
  • Help the senior management team with capacity planning and forecasting hiring rounds.
  • Oversee and develop a proper recruitment process. Devising and applying the appropriate practices and strategies for talent acquisition in order to ensure that the organization’s hiring needs and goals are met.
  • Setting up and enforcing vacation/holiday policies and procedures based on the needs and requirements of the company and in compliance with the appropriate provincial and national laws.
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Post ads on online job portals, social networks; screen applicants, review resume, maintain resume bank, make interview calls, and do the initial screening for technical evaluation.
  • Effectively use personal & professional network, internal database, and employee referrals for recruitment.
  • Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Accomplishes recruitment and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Skills Required:

  • Ideally, you have worked in technology and with developers. Terms like Laravel, Ruby, PHP Wordpress, Mobile application developers (iOS/ Android), and UI/ UX designers don’t intimidate you and you are confident screening and searching for people with those skill sets. This is a huge plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
