• Proven experience as data entry clerk
• Should have fast typing skills
• Should have excellent knowledge of word processing tools
• Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills

• Scan documents and print files, when needed

• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
• Comply with data integrity and security policies
• Experience with MS Office and data programs

• Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to the source document
• Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies
• Maintains a filing system and protects confidential customer information
