Job Description:

Looking for a “Data Entry Operator” collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. The attributes of an ideal candidate are; proficiency with typing speed and eagle eye with the details.

Work Experience: Working in similar role for 1-2 Years.

Candidate willing to work for night shift are highly encouraged.

Responsibilities:

• Entering data from source document within given time limit.
• Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information.
• Apply techniques and procedures taught by the team lead for correct verification of entries.
• Reviewing data for deficiencies, errors and performing incompatibility checks.
• Keep information confidential.
• Comply with data integrity and security policies.

Requirements:

• Proven data entry work experience.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• At least 40wpm typing speed.
• Ability to take responsibility.
• Critical thinker and ability to work as a team player.
• Apt time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and learn new technologies.
• Confidentiality and great attention to details.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
