POSITION SUMMARY
The incumbent is expected to work as a AKHSP Digital health coordinator based at GB and Chitral.
Coordinating activities and daily operations of digital health projects, which includes arrangement of teleconsultation, Get feedback from Patient and Doctor, Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate issues and performance, Develop report for monitoring performance of digital health activities and implement digital health new initiatives,
REGULAR DUTIES / RESPONSIBLITIES:
The incumbent will be responsible to perform day to day activities of digital health and ensure that digital health programs of AKHS,P run smoothly. Specific responsibilities will include:
Organize and promote tele-consultation clinics
Develop doctor schedule for teleconsultation clinics (Hub to spoke and on Mobile -Elaj Asan) in coordination of operational team.
Ensure technology arrangements before teleconsultation clinics and eLearning sessions which includes connectivity, hardware, and software.
Get feedback from Patient and Doctor about the digital health services
Act as resource for admin, unit clerk, and pharmacist whenever required in Elaj Asan
Develop report for monitoring performance of digital health applications
Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate issues and performance.
Track issues and solve it.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on digital health activities and share it with supervisor and the management as per the defined templates.
Implement and provide support to all digital health applications
Monitor and compliance the SoPs of digital health.
The incumbent will:
Coordinate closely with multiple teams and management to make digital initiatives successful
Act as technology expert for digital health projects
Assist in gathering requirements and relevant data from field
Develop weekly report on issues and learnings
Work for continuous quality improvement and compliance to AKHS,P policies
Perform any other duties or task that are assigned by the supervisors.
Ensure regulatory compliance related to digital health activities.
POSITION SPECIFICATION
Academic/Professional Qualification: Bachelor in Biostatistics/Health Science/Public Health
Experience and Training: 1 years on teleconsultation service/ or call center or in the related field
