Q3Logics is looking for a highly motivated & creative individual based in Karachi with the experience and a passion of being fully responsible for developing, planning, implementing, managing and monitoring company's Website and Social Media Platforms in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales. Interested Candidate must have excellent knowledge of;

• Deliberate Planning, strategy and goal setting.
• Development of Brand awareness and online reputation.
• Website and Social Media Pages Development.
• Content/Page Management (including Social Media Platforms and Websites).
• SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and generation of inbound traffic. (Preferred)
• Creating, posting & promoting Social Media and Online Ads.

Job Description:

1. Planning, strategy, goal setting, Content Creation Ideas and Concepts of Digital media campaigns
2. Build and manage paid advertising campaigns through YouTube Ads, Google Display & Search Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads
3. Create Ideas & Concepts for Video Ads
4. Development of brand awareness and online reputation
5. Actively research new techniques and trends in digital advertising practices to inform the long-term changes too.
6. Define targets/goals and ability to track them
7. Responsible for all digital marketing for a brand including content management, SEO/SEM, online media, graphics, social media, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
8. Managing and developing social media content calendar and copywriting, including social media captions and website articles.
9. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
10. Measuring the results of your strategies with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.
11. Responding to Comments/Feedbacks and taking an active part in discussions
12. Analyze campaigns and translate qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns.
13. Must be willing to learn, work on and manage all aspects of digital marketing including SEO, SMM, SEM, E-mail Marketing and any other avenues and facets of digital marketing relevant to business development and growth!
14. Presenting Monthly Reports to the Manager
15. Stay updated on Google and SEO related updates day-to-day basis
16. Must have command on English and Urdu (verbal or Written)

• At Least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, social media, influencer management, and brand management, or other related fields.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Hardworking and goal-oriented, with a tireless positive attitude
• Excellent convincing skills
• Candidate should be familiar with technology
