Employment Type: This is a Full time/Permanent position.

Location: This role is based in Islamabad Pakistan.

Grade: This is a grade 2 position.

Your Impactful goals will include

Responsible for Distribution planning and driving the overall Distribution Strategy

To ensure the channel profitability, ROI & implementation of the distribution KPIs for the channel

Develop plans to maximize distribution efficiency in the channel and grow business volume

Analyzing & defining distribution parameters including retail expansion and engagement

Setup tracking mechanism to highlight and apprise management on any alarming situation in distribution KPIs

To ensure successful roll-out of Distribution initiatives such as Apollo at S&D channels across the Region & Circle

Governance model for Distribution KPIs and monitoring daily trends with historical comparisons, franchise governance and close coordination with regional teams to ensure smooth business operations

Responsible for setting and tracking Distribution targets, campaigns and gap analysis

Build Competition & Channel Insights and coordinate with relevant team to address critical issue.

Essential Responsibilities/ How will your typical day look like:

Belt/cluster level distribution KPIs tracking, governance & tracking to achieve the monthly KPIs & fulfilling circle ambitions

Distribution footprint enhancement and efficiency & making retail related go to plans

Preparing ad-hoc reports for management that effectively corelates and communicates trends, patterns, and prediction model using relevant data

Development of franchise & retail channel & identifying strengths and weaknesses of the channels

POC for internal & external stakeholders – Circle Interface for distribution planning

Evaluate expected challenges/risks and come up with mitigation strategy

Keeping a close eye on competitor and Channel insights for better planning

Governance & Post Analysis of campaigns and timely visibility

Analyze day to day performance of channels & providing performance business insights to stake holders which help them to take better business decisions

Special project planning and executions, maintaining historical databases

Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas

Ability to work well in a pressure situation, Self-motivated and flexible

Excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills

Strong knowledge and experience of data mining, preparing dashboards and visibilities using analytical tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power query) and databases (SQL)

Firm knowledge of Telco distribution model

Process oriented approach towards problem solving; should be able to analyze, understand and recommended solution to complex problem

Ability to think and come up with recommendations for meeting business objectives

Well organized and able to multi-task

What we’re looking for?
Basic Qualifications:

Preferably MBA/MCS/BBA/BSC

Work experience:

3 – 5 years relevant work experience (Distribution Planning and data analytics)

Preferred Qualifications/ Knowledge Areas:

Ability to work well in a pressure situation, Self-motivated and flexible

Excellent communication skills in English

Data Interpretation & Quantitative skills

Strong Analytical and interpersonal/ coordination skills

Strong in Excel, Words & Power-point

Telco Business/Distribution/B2B/B2C model knowledge

Process oriented approach towards problem solving

Should be able to analyze, understand and recommended solution to complex problem

Ability to think and come up with recommendations for meeting business objectives

Organized and can manage several projects and/or activities at a time
