This role will give you the opportunity to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment. You will work & report directly to the Director Operations and manage day to day tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship building skills, is self-motivated, and highly competitive.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with Director Operations to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
  • Dealing & Interacting with different vendors (Food, Office Equipment & Transport)
  • Bank visits for any official financial dealings
  • Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors & visit corporate offices if needed.
  • Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress (Managing office assistants, Internet connections etc)
  • Handling admin and clerical work
  • Assigning equipment to employees and collect it when an employee leaves the company
  • Handling office maintenance/material/equipment

 

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational and leadership abilities
  • Outstanding communication and people skills
  • Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines
  • In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance, customer service etc.)
  • Preferably own vehicle as the job role requires frequent travel within city
  • Should be a problem solver & quick thinker with a can do attitude
  • Bachelors degree (4 year)
