Agha Steel Industries is looking for a female Executive Assistant to the CFO. The ideal candidate must be a graduate with impeccable communications and must have at least 1 to 2 years of secretarial experience.
- Should have proven experience in a similar role,
-Be hands-on with Google calendars,
-Arrange meetings and appointments,
-Draft letters and emails,
-Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence
-Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Arrange traveling and hotel booking tasks
- Review and proofread reports
- Compile summaries/Prepare presentations

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs40,000.00 to Rs60,000.00 /month
