Dynamics 360 is looking to hire for a candidate for the position of Finance & Admin Executive. The candidate will be helping directors in policy making process related to office administration, accounts, taxes and audits along with the responsibilities mentioned.

• Ensure general management of the office, overseeing operational efficiency, effective communications, and other types of strategic and tactical planning
• Budgeting
• Payments Processing
• Managing obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
• Processing bank deposits
• Reconciling financial statements
• Prepare, send and store invoices
• Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
• Submit tax forms
• Identify and address discrepancies
• Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
• Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
• Cost analysis
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field
• Should have knowledge of Account tools
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
