• Daily reconciliation of Branchless Banking transactions. - Weekly Settlement of Branchless Banking transactions. - Reconciliation and settlement of Third party agent transactions along with commission booking. - Installment recoveries of FINCA branches loan disbursed into SIMSIM. - Compilation of daily external reports. (i.e. 1Link, Third party agent) - Maintain record of daily voucher posting and documentation relevant to SBP regulations. - Posting of daily Cash transactions of branchless banking along with preparation of MIS. - Monitoring of SAF for transaction processing while coordinating with relevant teams. - Monitoring of SDRS (1Link portal) for dispute resolutions. - Coordination with Branches for daily operation queries and settlements. - Monitoring and coordinating for core banking migration system Auto Banker. - Performing specific tasks relevant to month end closings. - Customer financial complaint resolutions.
