Responsibilities:
  • Audit
  • Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures of retail business by examining records, reports, franchise agreements and other documentation.
  • Perform predefined audit procedures to verify sales on which royalty is based.
  • Communicates audit findings by preparing a final report, discussing findings with Financial Controller.
  • Conduct special audit and prepare Internal control reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating/financial information and trends.
  • Perform different auditing projects to check compliance with provisions of franchise agreement.
  • Supervise different finance projects as advised.
  • Chargebacks:
  • Check for all the chargeback cases by logging in to Seller online account on respective websites (PayPal, AMEX, Visa/Master/Discover, Amazon and Bluesnap).
  • Intimate stores about all the new disputes by creating a chargeback case in call center against the disputed orders.
  • Recording of responses and proofs received from stores by the deadlines given against each case.
  • Submission of that proof and response received if any, to the card issuing authority through online seller accounts.
  • Extracting manual adjustments from website and posting through call center against respective orders.
  • Prepare and update all the spreadsheets respectively of each payment gateway.
Skills:
  • At least 2-3 years in auditing with preferred experience in retail sector.
  • Should have relevant qualification: ICMA, ACCA or equivalent.
