Floor Manager

Job Description

The applicant selected for this position will be tasked with maintaining visitors' record by adding complete detail of guests in the excel sheet on a daily basis; in addition to maintaining sign-in/sign-out procedures for on-duty staff.

He/she will be required to perform front-desk officer duties by greeting company employees and visitors and directing them to the offices/persons concerned. Further, the candidate will have to maintain gate pass records, ensure safety as well as cleanliness of the reception area, and assist with clerical tasks – including typing, filing, proofreading, and maintaining service logs and data-entry processes.

Experience: 2-3 years
