We are looking for programmers with a keen eye for design for the position of Front End Developer. Front end Developers are responsible for ensuring the alignment of web design and user experience requirements, optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency and maintaining brand consistency across all web pages, among other duties.

Front End Developers are required to work in teams alongside Back end Developers, Graphic Designers and User Experience Designers to ensure all elements of web creation are consistent. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Front End Developer:

1. Determining the structure and design of web pages.
2. Ensuring user experience determines design choices.
3. Conversion PSD to markup languages with responsive design
4. Developing features to enhance the user experience.
5. Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.
6. Ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones.
7. Building reusable code for future use.
8. Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
9. Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages.
10. Maintaining brand consistency throughout design.

11. Proficiency with JavaScript and jQuery.

12. Understanding of SEO principle

Web Content Writer & SEO:

1. Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
2. Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
3. Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
4. Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
5. Submit work to editors for input and approval
6. Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
7. Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
8. Promote content on social media
9. Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
10. Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
11. Update website content as needed
12. Understanding of SEO principle
