We are a U.K based company looking to hire our key graphics designer in Pakistan for a pilot project. The graphics designer we hire will be communicating with England so written and spoken English needs to be of a very good standard too.

The right candidate will have the opportunity to work on a vast variety of projects; from print, typing and branding. You will be given a high level of ownership, enabling you to utilise and build on your creative talents. We have some specific requirements below, but ultimately we need someone who is good at what they do and wants to get better.

* At least one year of experience in a similar position in print design

* Must have a portfolio to show past work

* Confident working with other designers and creative directors

* Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: specifically, Illustrator/InDesign and Photoshop

* Strong organisational skills

* Can work independently as well as in a team

* Must have the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time

* Ability to translate client requirements into an excellent standard of work

* Talent to quickly understand complex client requirements and suggest simple, logical solutions

* Enthusiasm to keep up to date with latest trends in design

* Illustration skills would be a bonus but not essential

Key Responsibilities: **

* Work within the team to develop work that addresses both creative and business goals

* Responsible for print graphics design

* Design marketing collateral, brochures, special offers and newsletters

* Support all design decisions with creative, strategic and / or business reasoning

* Communicate creative methodologies and opinions effectively to business

* Use your experience of creative problem solving to develop concepts into refined, cohesive and compelling design solutions

* Manage multiple projects effectively and deliver well-executed designs under tight timeframes

NOTE: CANDIDATES WITH UX/UI WILL BE PREFFERED.
