Primary Position Objective

We're looking for a person who will be responsible for the overall growth and revenue of the company. The ideal candidate must have great leadership skills with the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. You will be part of the core team responsible for designing a strategy, driving growth and identifying any possible business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Designing a framework to implement the strategy
• Ensure Revenue Growth through local brands while being profitable
• Hiring high performing A team players
• Outsourcing 80% of all operations
• Ensuring suitable operations management and effectiveness
• Audience Growth (Growing local and international Audience)
• Driving key change and transformation initiatives (Revenue/Audience Diversification)
• Actionable Data collection and application
• Ensuring/Implementing a High Performing culture
• Partnering/Training/Motivating with external vendors/partners/freelancers
• Ensure quality standards set by the internal team and clients are implemented

Requirements:

• Ideally 7+ years experience in an Infotainment/start-up/tech companies, agency or marketing department of a company.
• Bachelor's degree from a reputed local or foreign university; an MBA would be a strong plus.
• Highly data-driven and process-oriented
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Strong and in-depth knowledge of digital marketing and different digital platforms.
• Must have an agile and flexible attitude.
