Job Overview :

We are looking for Technical Support Representatives who can provide integration and technical support to our existing clients in order to be a Technical Support Representative.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Go through technical documentation and assist with customer queries
• Should be able to handle queries over Skype, Zoom, Gmail and other web tool
• Should be quick to deliver answers
• Provide customers with a walk-through to help understand their problems
• Review back-office to troubleshoot any customer queries
• Liaison between Sales and Tech department to provide quick support
• Foresee customisation requirements by the customers and deal accordingly
• Requirements
• Minimum Qualification: Bachelors in Computer Science
• Willing to work in social hours considering the time zone differences
• Experienced in handling technical queries
• Highly Fluent in speaking and writing English

Salary: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
