Job Description

We are looking for an HR & Admin Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our office. They will undertake administrative tasks and accounts tasks ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.


Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations as per company policies
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts
  • To coordinate with the placements offices of well-reputed universities to attend open houses in order to hunt talented resources
  • Supervise housekeeping staff

Job Specification

  • Good interpersonal skills and etthics
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Working knowledge of accounts and any book keeping software
