We're looking for a highly-driven and motivated Operations Associate - New Verticals, for our team in Pakistan. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact, then this may be the place for you!

The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor – comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team. This role will be based in Pakistan and will report to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain and configure hardware and software systems according to company policies (field work).
• Develop systems for the function.
• Troubleshoot and repair network, hardware and software components.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspection of network and server systems.
• Perform hardware and software upgrades to achieve optimum performance level.
• Perform root cause analysis of complex problems and provide corrective actions.
• Manage help desk issues.
• Perform system back-up and database archiving processes to ensure data recoverability.
• Update software antivirus on regular basis.
• Prevent Data breaches and audit all official email access at a set frequency.

• Must be a Master's/Bachelor's or equivalent from a reputed university(MBA would be preferred)
• Has an acute sense of responsibility and can take full ownership of the function.
• You have at least 1+ years of experience in a similar role
• You are process-oriented and data-driven
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents
• Your knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector is solid
• You are driven and ambitious.
• You are very proactive and could lead independent projects.
• Has the ability to perform root cause analysis and build process flows.
• You're very detail oriented and pay attention to all the steps in the process.
