Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for managing all the administrative tasks in HO (Karachi) as well as in branches country wide. He will look after procurement, vendor management, assets management, maintenance & up keeping, rent agreements, branch relocation, utility bills payments, boarding/Lodging arrangements, petty cash handling, furniture and fixture arrangements.

Job description:
Preparation, evaluation and submission of Admin Budget to the Management.
To ensure the timely submission of different financial and administrative reports and implementation on regular basis.
Ensure the smooth functioning of the daily Office Management and Administration e.g. Office supervision, Time keeping, transportation/vehicles management.
Inventory of assets and materials control and management in the Head Office and branches.
Security and safety management of the facility and its staff through leading Security Agencies
Purchases for entire company as per the approved budgets.
Management of domestic and International air travel & hotel accommodation arrangements.
Fleet management
Keeping tabs on expenses and conduct admin audits from time to time in lines with the Annual and six monthly audits.
Dealing with different Govt. Civic agencies for various administrative issues.
Dealing with Leading Insurance Companies for General Insurance of Assets.
Ensure corporate identity in head office and branches.
