We at ALONIU Solar are looking for professional recruiters to help scale our business in The United States. Even though many companies have slowed down during the pandemic we haven't, solar is now a more important than ever before saving homeowners thousands of dollars every year. We are looking for experienced recruiter that are familiar with standard United States onboarding processes and procedures. It will be your responsibility to screen interview and onboard new hires. Positions you will be hiring for ranges from Call center representatives, Web designers, Graphics to salesmen. We have had tremendous success in hiring training and growing ALONIU Solar.

Requirements:
Full Time,
work from home.
Regular hours
Base Pay Rs40,000 Monthly Pkr + Bonuses .
Must have High school diploma or GED equivalent
Must be fluent in English and can pass English proficiency quiz
undergraduates degree and or equivalent
Some management experience preferred.
Skills in excel and word
hours are 10 AM-6PM AZT Arizona Standard Time
Night Shift
Has Reliable
Computer or laptop with headset
Internet speeds of 3.5 mbps and up
Good communication skills and is able to articulate there words.

3+ years of previous outbound call experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
High school degree

8:00 - Announcements/Training
8:30 - START SHIFT
12PM - END SHIFT
Shift 2:
4PM - START SHIFT
8PM - END SHIFT
Job Types: Full-time, Employment
Pay: 40,000 per month + bonuses
