1. Receive, scrutinize and resolve the complaint's in an authorized and timely fashion
2. Surveillance of all the Authorized Stores to ensure their smooth and compliant functioning
3. Coordination with market and dealers to acquire/disseminate the relevant information and to be in touch with them for resolving the market related issues
4. Keeping an eye on the operations of all the branch offices to assure that the services to the customers are extended properly and the branch is functioning steadily
5. Drafting and disseminating all sort of official communications, notices, Public Ads etc.
6. Designing the new customer service and market related policies to aid in aligning the operations and strengthening control.
7. Performing the Audit of the relevant records, reports and other materials of the branches and Authorized Stores.
8. Working closely with the Compliance Department to seek coordination in the serious market related problems and support in the legal issues.
9. Helping the Education and Training Department in dissemination of information to the market and localizing the materials.
10. Responsible for organizing the meetings, delivering sessions on new promotions and products and arranging the events at different regions.
