Ensures that all procurement procedures are being followed as per organizational SOPs.
Responsible for the execution of all the purchases through ERP and to ensure that the supplies are received when they are required.
To keep the Site Manager Operations updated about the budget status.
Ensure competitive & lowest possible rates of goods & services without compromising on quality.
Prepare and Provide monthly procurement reports.
To close pending PR’s, PO’s and GRN’s in ERP on monthly basis and sharing the report with Procurement Head.
Create and maintain good relationships with vendors / suppliers in order to get the good quality goods & services.
To follow all the payments within agreed time frame to keep good market relationship.
Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment as directed by higher management.
To keep himself updated in order to know the market trends and share it with Procurement head.
Keep all the files and record up to date with indexing for tracking.
Keep record of Vendor performance.
Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential for future development.
