HR Internship Required

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

- Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.

  • Recruitment
  • Orientation
  • Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
  • Handling attendance and leaves
  • Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
  • Participate in organizing company events and careers days
  • Managing Social Media pages of company
  • Proposing ideas on how to improve these pages
  • Attending outsiders and calls
  • Assisting in maintaining decorum of office
  • Keeping a good positive relation with employees
  • Proposing strategies to improve HR in company
  • Handling digital marketing (postings and account management)
  • Check office supply stock and place orders when needed
  • Retrieve company and employee data, as requested
  • Prepare necessary paperwork for regular company procedures
  • Schedule meetings and appointments

    Requirements

    - BS in HRM, Business Administration or Arts
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent verbal and writing communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Proactive nature is a must
  • Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
  • Familiarity with HRIS and resume databases
  • Detail-oriented.
