Essential Candidate Requirements:

The expert should have a bachelors or equivalent in Health and Safety with optional environment training and preferably 7 years of related professional site experience on large power plant or construction sites including commissioning of plant.

• Previous experience in developing countries in the region is desirable

Main Purpose of the Job:

• Coordinate with other team members and assist the Team Leader/Deputy Team Leader develop a detailed work plan and implementation schedule;
• Assist the team in their duty of care for Health, Safety and Environment;
• Monitor and evaluate compliance of the EPC Contractors HSE plan and implementation;
• Work with the Commissioning Engineer on the inspection and testing plan and

Ensure adherence to project safety and project quality assurance plans.
