Job Responsibilities:

• Inspects the site to ensure it is a hazard-free environment.
• Conducts toolbox meetings
• Is part of the project safety meetings and leads all efforts to enhance safety
• Reviews approve and implement all subcontractor's safety plans
• Verifies that injury logs and reports are completed and submitted to Central HSE dept.
• Verifies that all tools and equipment are adequate and safe for use and have desired third-party certifications.
• Promotes safe practices at the job site.
• Enforces safety guidelines.
• Trains and carries out drills and exercises on how to manage emergency situations.
• Conducts investigations of all accidents and near-misses.
• Reports all progress report to HSE Dept.
• Conducts job hazard analyses.
• Establishes safety standards and policies as needed.
• Performs emergency response drills.
• Watches out for the safety of all workers and works to protect them from entering hazardous situations.
• Responds to workers' safety concerns.
• Coordinates registration and removal of hazardous waste.
• Ensures full compliance of client's HSE Protocols and ZERO Non-Conformance
• Prepare project HSE Plans along with the support of engineering team
• Support sales team in Pre-Qualifications
• Support in ISO Audits of Company to ensure Zero major non- compliance
• Conduct supplier and contractors audits and trainings
• Maintains PPEs issuance Record and minimum inventory
• Maintains QHSE Training records

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences/ Environmental engineering/ Engineering in any other discipline.
• NEBOSH IGC Certified and Lead Auditor of QHSE standards will be a plus
• Well aware of local & middle east HSE Regulations
• 2-4 years' experience
