Duties and tasks are assigned and prioritized based upon the company’s evolving needs and includes but not limited to:

• Work with Finance team for monthly payroll processing for all employees Management and Non-management by complying statutory requirements, to ensure timely and accurate disbursement of monthly salary.
• Ensures all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
• Conduct frequent meetings with the Business in order to bring continuous improvements in the comp & ben domain.
• Assist in preparing annual increments.
• Filing of EOBI, Provident Fund and other deductions from payroll.
• Responsible for Group Life, Group Health and vehicle insurance.
• Analyzing and presenting data and reports to the appropriate area of HR expertise, identifying errors and advising on solutions.
• Helping with HR audits.
• Assist in preparing HR budgets and other documents required for the Board and Audit Committee meetings.
• Carry out analysis of salary rates and benefits offered by other employers in the same sector.
• Assist in managing the process for Probationary evaluations, Annual goal setting exercise and Annual Performance evaluations.
• Assist the HR Team in conducting Job Analysis and review of Job Descriptions to ensure that the tasks done by the staff are aligned with the overall objectives of the organization.
• Other relevant tasks as assigned.

• Education: Bachelors/Masters in HR or Finance
