Job Description – IT Networks cum Admin

An IT Assistant cum Admin should be able to perform following duties during his working hours:

IT Tasks:

· Maintain Network Infrastructure.

· Coordination with Support Team/vendor.

· Quick response for support in Groups created on Whatsapp.

· Desktop support by providing best solution with current resources.

· Managing IT Equipment including Laptops, Accessories and Network Cabinets, Headphone, etc.

· Update inventory on daily or weekly basis.

· Damage and Misplaced report on monthly basis.

· Requisition of IT equipment before hiring of new associates.

· Follow up with Management for upcoming hiring. Before a week.

· Availability 24/7 online for any kind of business requirement.

· Printer Checkup and acquire cartridges before finishing stock.

· Remote availability for remote users.

· Coordination with IT administrator and Line manager for IT activities.

· Monthly Backup Activity.

· Weekly checkup for windows updates and windows tweaking tools.

· Outlook and Email configuration.

· Cisco Soft Configuration. (if required).

· Wi-Fi AP (Access point) configuration and maintenance.

· Quick learner for new Desktop and Mobile apps and Software.

· To be involved in different IT tasks.

· Any other ad hoc task assigned by line manager.

Note: Above Job Description can vary according to any new technology integration.

Admin:

· Maintain monthly attendance through attendance machine.

· Hiring and Interview support by engaging HRM.

· Grocery related purchasing on monthly basis.

· Generator/UPS battery and power management lookup.

· Ensure cleanliness & hygiene on production floor and kitchen & washroom (Maid will do)

· Manage and save electricity usage.

· Manage petty Cash and support to account dept. (in salaries and payments)

Note: Above admin tasks can vary upon situation and on basis of workload.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Salary: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
