Business Analyst Role and Responsibilities:

• Gather, interpret and document requirements from the business.
• Work closely with development teams and subject matter experts to gather technical information
• Maintaining user stories, flow diagrams and user manuals.
• Performing business analysis and process improvement within the assigned project.
• Working and managing Agile process.
• Create Functional Requirements Specification for new functionalities and modules.
• Effectively prepare and maintain the documents of Business process and Process Flow Analysis.
• Close coordination with the offshore teams, Initiate meetings and calls to communicate and clarify requirements, to report progress on ongoing projects on regular basis.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Sciences from a well reputed institution.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work well with minimal supervision, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
• Must have good knowledge of Agile Project Management tools like Confluence, Jira etc.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good knowledge of SQL and programming languages like Java, JavaScript will be a plus.
