Job Duties Include

• Monitor the day-to-day operations of the data network
• Provide technical assistance and solution for network problems
• Participate in data network installation, repair, and upgrades
• Work with other infrastructure groups and end-users to identify and troubleshoot performance issues in an enterprise environment
• Monitor the installation, maintenance, and monitoring systems of the network
• Perform network security scans, security audits, and provide documentation as required to maintain the security.

• Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks.

• Knowledge of network hardware and software applications including network servers, printers, equipment, etc...
