Provide effective and appropriate level of remote support to colleagues.

• 1st and early 2nd Line troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to support Microsoft Windows desktops and Microsoft Office 365.
• Desktop installations, support and 1st/2nd level troubleshooting of key equipment such as Routers, Firewalls, Switches & WiFi.
• Experience of Microsoft Server, Mac and Azure would be beneficial.
• Networking
• Active Directory
