We are looking for an experienced Student Visa Processing Officer having experience in student visa applications of Australia/UK

Candidates will be required to:

• Manage & supervise applications at Foreign Universities for admissions
• Advice clients about documentation required for GTE assessment and Visa application
• Apply and process student visa applications for Australia and UK
• Coordinate with team members and act as a focal person for visa applications along with case follow-ups
• Advice and guide students for their visa interviews and visa documents with respective Embassies
• Supervise student documentation and records
• Supervise and maintain datasheets
• Assisting clients throughout their student visa process
• Handle and process the cases of clients with extreme care
• Respond to all queries raised by the client/department during the case processing and follow-up where necessary

• Candidates with Hon. Bachelors Degree OR 16 Years Education
• Practical knowledge of documentation for admission and visa applications
• Excellent English language writing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Detailed oriented
• To do attitude
• Good knowledge of online sheets
• Proficient in MS Office especially MS Word
• Good typing speed
• Proficient in using the internet and conducting internet-based research
• Good organizational, interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality
• Good telephone manners
