Junior Content Analyst

The Junior Content Analyst is responsible for testing 360training.com's online training courses to ensure minimum functionality and end-user experience standards are met. Testing would include verification of content, audio, images, course layout, and course configuration functionality. The Junior Content Analyst position requires documentation of all errors and regression testing to ensure errors are fixed/ addressed appropriately.

Benefits: This is a full time, probation based permanent role with a complete benefits package upon confirmation. The position offers a base salary with annual bonus, medical and life insurance, and paid leaves.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Execute quality assurance tests of online training course, verification of content, images and videos against provided course content
• Conducting mobile quality assurance tests of the online courses according to provided QA Plan
• Use course outlines, course manuscripts, audio scripts, and activity/animation scripts to verify content within the online course preview
• Report, track errors and fix issues within the online course to ensure excellent user experience and product quality
• Document course development errors and suggest revisions in accordance to best QA practices

Required Skill set and Behavior:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (preferably US)
• Working proficiency of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• A solid understanding of quality assurance as part of the development process
• Detail oriented, highly organized, and motivated to succeed
• Able to solve problems independently or with a team
• Result oriented attitude with attention to detail, accuracy and speed are required
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Basic knowledge of web-based training

Qualification and Experience:-

• Fresh graduates with O/A Level education or a Bachelor's Degree with English as a major subject or any other equivalent degree will be preferred.
• Other areas of study providing similar skill sets and experience can also be considered.
• At least one year experience as a content writer or content analyst will be preferred.
• Fresh graduates with internships / MTO experience will also be considered for this position.
