A leading ERP/HCM Solutions providing Software Company is looking for Software Support Engineer with following job duties:
· Responding to Client's queries
· Providing technical assistance for questions and problems raised by customer.
· Diagnosing and resolving system application and other issues.
· Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
· Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems.
· Travel to customer sites for issue resolution.
· Knowledge of HCM and ERP will be plus point.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
