We are looking for an experienced Full-Time Linguist/Customer Relations Executive for our office in Islamabad. We are interested in hard-working and enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills in English and telephone manner. The Job

• Your role will entail making outbound calls to Linguists to provide support to our day to day operations in the UK.
• You will be speaking to Linguists based in the UK who come from all walks of different backgrounds, cultures, and ethnicities.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records/data entry, such as logging admin notes on our internal systems.
• Resolve any issues/queries and general day-to-day support.
• Identifying linguist needs, clarify information, research every issue, and providing solutions.
• Monitor performance in conjunction with personal goals and business objectives.

Hours of work:

• Its Full Time and Permanent role working 5 or 6 Days a week and an 8 hour a day rotating Shift.
• working hours will be the UK working times 7 am to 3 pm and or 10 am to 6 pm
• working hours are PK working times from 12 pm to 8 pm and or 3 pm to 11 pm

The Recruitment Process

• First Interviews: Telephone / Skype Interview.
• Candidate Assessments: If you pass the assessment, you will progress to the second interview stage.
• Second Interviews: face to face (Dec 2019 / Jan 2020).

Requirements

Essential

• Previous customer relationship experience.
• Must be fluent in speaking English.
• Excellent Listening skills.
• Attention to Detail.
• Excellent written communication skills, i.e., sending emails.
• You will possess a confident and clear telephone manner.
• Must be punctual and have the right work attitude.

Desirable

• IELTS Test Qualification.

Benefits

Salary:

• Starting Salary will Be Rs. 30,000 - 35,000 Per Calendar Month and increase to Rs. 40,000, After Training Period.
• Monthly Performance Bonus of Rs. 5,000 per Calendar Month
