Major Responsibilities include:

Planning

• Maintain an up-to-date CSR Policy
• Develop an annual CSR Budget
• Develop an annual CSR Plan

Designing Interventions

• Develop in-house interventions for Diversity and Inclusion
• Develop quarterly interventions for PTCL Razakaar – the company’s internal volunteer force
• Liaison with external partners to develop interventions for other focus areas of the CSR Plan

Monitoring and Evaluation

• Drafts and maintains MoUs for all project collaborations
• Follows up on project deliverables as per agreed timelines
• Processes payments and donations

Reporting

• Fulfil reporting requirements for internal and external stakeholders
• Design and delivers the Annual CSR Handbook

Running Employee Volunteerism

• Maintain an up-to-date PTCL Razakaar database w.r.t. volunteer information and hours expended on each activity
• Deliver quarterly reports to the Top Management for each initiative closed
• Collaborate with the Corporate Communication team in development of media for mass circulation

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Qualification:

• Professional Degree in Management Sciences or Communications

Experience:

• Atleast 3 to 5 Years’ experience in relevant field.
