Supporting Accounts department and management team by completing routine accounting tasks including:

Completing basic bookkeeping.

Managing company ledgers.

Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable & receivables.

Completing bank reconciliations including verifying balances in account books.

Processing business expenses and managing day-to-day transactions
-
Reporting on debtors and creditors
-
Handling accruals and prepayments
Job Specification
-
Data Entry.
-
Strong Bookkeeping Skills.
-
Experience in Balance Sheet, Accounts Preparation.

Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills
-
Candidates with knowledge of tax filing procedure and regimes (W/H, Income, GST, etc.) will be preferred.
