Your role

As the Enabling Partnerships- Manager Business, you will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of highly aggressive DFS product enablement targets for generating activity on wallets by building collaborative partnerships with external stakeholders for meaningful and highly engaging use cases. Your stakeholders include Technology partners that enable our tech infrastructure as well businesses with digitally paid/aligned services that can be integrated with the JazzCash app. You will execute by identifying, designing and securing partnerships inline with Product’s and business ambition to become a Super-App for the masses and to offer digital lifestyle enabled by payments across daily usage of millions of JazzCash customers. You will be supported by a team of one high achieving partnership expert. Your team will be responsible for creating, owning and maintaining product and infrastructure Partnerships– in addition to ensuring the development and closure of new requirements that come from internal stakeholders and existing customers. You will become a bridge between external and internal stakeholders for developing new business streams for usage on wallets and building a scalable infrastructure; where your internal stakeholders may include Products, Channel, Technology, Legal, Compliance and Mobilink Microfinance bank. The Team and you will foster partnerships around exiting tech partners and different use cases such as Ticketing, Payment instruments, banking products, UBPS, Government related payments, or any other way to increase activity on mobile wallets through partnership with an organization.

Responsibilities

Ø Lead your team in close coordination with products and technology to foster sustainable, highly engaging partnerships for digital use cases for wallets customers.
Ø In close coordination with technology, procurement and legal, negotiate best opportunity for developing next generation infrastructure for JazzCash through partnerships.
Ø Finalize contracts, SLA and escalation matrix, as owner of the relationship with tech and digital use case partners, becoming a one window operation for external partners.
Ø Continuously work with products to improve product mix and use cases in existing partners
Ø Work with internal stakeholders to prioritize development for partnerships

Eligibility Criteria

Ø Education:
o Masters/Bachelors in related discipline

Ø Work experience:
o Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience
