RESPONSIBILITIES

• Measure network performance, Identify and evaluate network optimization opportunities in M/W and DRS domain.
• Design innovative solutions for achieving optimization that will enable the organization to improve customer satisfaction, financial performance and M/W network efficiency.
• Audit and assess performance, whilst determining the root cause of performance issues. Work cross-functionally with technical, commercial and, business teams to prioritize improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with the technical and product team to ensure products and service profiles are defined and implemented.
• Maintain close working relationships with the Field, planning and Business teams to ensure support, obtain buy-in, and promote transparency to achieve optimization targets.
• Team up with Technology Strategy and Planning teams to anticipate and adapt to major technological changes, to ensure technology leadership in the competitive landscape.
• Propose new learning initiatives, along with HR (Learning & Business Partnering), to equip relevant staff with the right knowledge of new technologies;
• Proactively identifies and works to remove barriers that slow or prevent the accomplishment of objectives.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Qualification:

• Professional degree is Electrical Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunication) from a reputable HEC recognized institute.

Experience:

• 5 years or more relevant work experience in Telecom sector with operator or vendor.
