Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our growing organization. In this position, you are supposed to manage and execute various marketing campaigns for our US-based clients, communicate and coordinate them daily, distribute tasks to team members, analyze data and track marketing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

This role comes with nearly endless experiences to learn and practice valuable professional skills ranging from marketing, management to communications & client management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand online lead generation, sales & marketing techniques, ability to coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, data analysts, marketing executives, lead generators, cold callers, acquisition/lead managers and virtual support engineers.
• Organize and optimize data, manage and execute daily marketing campaigns and ensure smooth execution of lead generation activities.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients regularly, set weekly targets, share data and update them on lead generation campaigns, marketing activities, their results and KPIs.
• Completes additional ad hoc reporting requests as assigned by client or managers.
• Attend team, management and client meetings, take notes and circulate meeting minutes.
• Manage resources during night shifts, clients and their campaigns in Eastern, central and pacific time zones.
• Update task board and keep it synced with project journal to reflect actual statuses.
• Tactfully communicate client feedback to team members in a constructive manner.
• Maintains excellent relationships with clients.

• At least 3 months to 1-year experience as a marketing, lead or operations coordinator.
• IT qualification background (BS-CS, BS-IT, BBA-IT).
• Should be proactive and a keen learner.
• Prior experience of coordinating real estate lead generation and marketing tasks and management of resources is desirable.
