As Sales Manager, I lead all the sales activities in a country (cluster)/region and I lead market acquisition and retention strategies, in order to maximize sales growth and optimize profits to the organization. In this capacity:

• I am responsible for the achievement of sales goals by setting up sales strategy and develop sales forecast, budget and manpower plans

• I lead sales function for assigned territory according to standard procedures.

• I pursue major prospects and lead in major negotiations.
