Position Related:
Responsible for assistance in daily KPI performance and improvement of radio access network in line with organizational strategy and ensure quality delivery from vendor
Goals
Database Management of 2G/3G/4G
Preparing & Submitting FAB NOCs
Demonstrate high level of internal & external collaboration
Ensure efficient vendor and stakeholder management
Your Typical day at work
Regular statistical KPIs monitoring, analysis and reporting
Database & Cell ID Management
FAB NOC Preparation, Submission & Following Up with PGA Team
Conducting Technical Site Surveys and discussions/negotiations with other stakeholders
Coordination with Regional Optimization, Commercial and Implementation teams
Work proactively towards improving internal and external cooperation/coordination
Understand and follow existing processes while taking proactive approach for the improvement
Effective conflict management , vendor and stakeholder management
Exhibit Telenor values in daily routine tasks and align team objectives to the organizational strategies
