CarSaaf is looking for a determined individual to join their growing team as an Operations Manager.

Main responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Explain car wash services to customers and sell services based on customer needs.
• Must be observant and able to spot potential problem vehicles.
• Assist all employees and perform duties including but not limited to, washing and drying vehicle exteriors, cleaning and vacuuming vehicle interiors (console, dash, windows), and other vehicle cleaning.
• Clean vehicles using materials such as brushes, cleaning agents, cloths, hoses, water and vacuums.
• Operate electronic equipment and machinery.
• Train employees and foster a team environment on an on-going basis.
• Manage employees in a professional and efficient manner.
• Handle daily scheduling for all car wash employees.
• Be a team player, not just a team leader.
• Manage and order supply inventory.
• Maintain the teams' physical appearance, including the vehicle
• Responsible for making sure all equipment, machinery, and signage is clean, maintained, and working properly.
• Open the car wash at the beginning of the business day.
• Print service tickets for each vehicle and keep the tickets organized throughout the day.
• Process payments.
• Print daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Shut down the car wash at end of the business day, including counting the cash drawer.
• Responsible for the overall operation of car wash teams.
• Drive business by focusing on the customer's experience.
• Must become knowledgeable in car wash services in order to increase sales.
• Handle customer concerns as deemed appropriate.
