Job Purpose:
To implement cGMP practices and quality standards on processes, products, personnel and systems and ensuring compliance to internal control procedures and regulations. To ensure compliance with CGMP, QMS and EHS requirements during in- process checking of products at site.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Activities - Perform in-process monitoring of all production activities at defined intervals.
- Verify products are manufactured and released according to GSK specifications, QMS and EHS requirements
- Perform physical testing of all products as per BMR/BPR requirements.
- Check the batch files of all the in-process batches.
- Collect the reference, retention, stability and validation samples of the released products as per plan, when required.
- Perform GMP audits of various production areas and report the deviations.
- Maintain all records in logbooks and designated worksheets.
- Verification of Line Clearance process as per defined procedure.
- Support to release the Batches in dMERP.
- Comply and ensure compliance to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality and other related policies, guidelines and requirements as applicable by law and GSK Guidelines.
- Comply and ensure compliance to Environment, Health and Safety policies, guidelines and requirements as applicable by law and GSK Corporate Guidelines.
- Any other responsibility assigned from time to time as per business requirements
Maintain Quality results - Performing documentation according to the cGMP standards and assisting in L I, L II, L III, L IV audits in order to ensure improvement of Quality processes at site.
Maintain Documents and Records - Receiving of reference sample and maintaining their entry in the log books.

- Pharm-D or MSc. Chemistry / Microbiology
- 0-1 year of experience in the relevant field
