Job Description:

• Must be able to work in the rotational shifts.
• Call center experience is preferable with British accent.
• Must be dedicated towards work.

• Monitor all eOPS tasks and associate alerts to ensure the relevant person complete them
• Take all ADM and CDM calls and manage them in accordance with flow chart (to be developed) where required
• DevOps to make eOPS module to allow occ access to relevant information and for occ to record actions and history of their engagement
• Manage Pakistan office in terms of Attendance Time in & out. Monitor workload and productivity, office management

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs45,000.00 to Rs50,000.00 /month
